hari nie..hari dalam sejarah...ikut Mar ke BB Bangi. katanya nak jogging & ikut poco-poco. What!? poco-poco!? apa tu!? haha...mana pandai pun..tp hantam sajalah...Dalam pukul lapan lebih pergi..sebabnya sempat bersembang dgn Jun dulu..haha

bila sampai kat PKNS Bangi, hmm..tengok orang dah ramai...ada dengar musik, eh, tu bukan la music poco-poco..Aerobik rupanya..ok, join ajalah..BEST! ;) dah lama tak buat ..last kat Gym dengan Phat & Popo dulu...konon bila duk rumah baru nie, nak buat. sementara rmh kosong..haha..tak ada makna nya! huhuhu...

tapi tadi memang rasa release stress, lepas tu sambung jogging kat Tasik Cempaka (tasik celaka!? hahaha...nak tahu!? cari sendiri tau!) . walaupun bangun pagi tadi rasa cramp sebelah bahu kanan & belakang tengkuk..hmm salah tido lagi..aduhai..robocop rasanya hari nie.nak pusing belah kanan, kena gerak kepala & bahu ke arah kanan..haha...aduhai.. tampal plaster, dari sebelum pergi jogging, then tampal lagi sebelum pegi kenduri rumah mak teh, sampai la sekarang....ada la rasa lega sikit. Mar pun ada tolong picit2.. thanks Mar..banyak angin rupanya badan nie...minum 100 plus..baru la boleh sedawa..punyalah susah..takpe, esok kita cari Eno yer...;) sampai sekarang still terasa...Insyallah, esok lega la tu...

ok, petang pulak lepas asar, sambung pergi kenduri kat rumah Mak Teh..seronok rasa berkumpul saudara-mara, adik-beradik reramai. seronok tengok diaorang semua. Pah pun Alhamdulillah, masih sihat. Ammirul pun 1st time jumpa atuk2/nenek2 sedara dia. ok pulak tu, tak menangis. dia suka suasana reramai & tak ada masalah riuh rendah. Alhamdulillah...cumanya, bila dia dah boring duduk bawah, nak dukung lah...ambik dia dukung sambil bersembang dengan sedara, hmm sampai terlena kat bahu...Ammirul2... ;) mengantuk rupanya..sebelum tu, basah bahu Mak long! ;)..tak apa..Ammirul rasa gatai gusi yer..haha
